GM and Segway create most embarrassing car
A car which has only two wheels and that makers say is impossible to crash, has been unveiled in the US.The bizarre looking vehicle is the product of General Motors teaming up with electric scooter makers Segway to create an eco-friendly city car.
Project P.U.M.A. (Personal Urban Mobility & Accessibility), is said to offer fast, safe, inexpensive and clean transport at speeds of up to 35mph.
While it is currently only a prototype GM claim the PUMA electric vehicle will change the face of transport in cities ... yes, in the future we will all look stupid.
Makers say the P.U.M.A can travel 35 miles on a single charge and would use a communications network to ensure the cars never crashed into each otherSensors would also protect pedestrians from being struck down by the world's most embarrassing car.
