For your stuffed zucchini to be very tasty and stuffed, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.


  • 2 large zucchinis

  • 150g of fresh ricotta

  • 50g of gorgonzola

  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper

  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Parmesan, grated to taste (optional)

  • Green smell


  • Cut the zucchinis into 3 parts and remove the brains;
  • Chop the brains into small pieces;
  • In a bowl, add 150g of fresh ricotta;
  • Add 50g of gorgonzola;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
  • Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper;
  • Add green smell;
  • Add half of the chopped zucchini core;
  • Add salt and black pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the zucchinis to a greased shape with olive oil;
  • Add salt and black pepper;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
  • Your zucchini stuffed with cheese is ready!
