2 large zucchinis
150g of fresh ricotta
50g of gorgonzola
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parmesan, grated to taste (optional)

Directions
- Cut the zucchinis into 3 parts and remove the brains;
- Chop the brains into small pieces;
- In a bowl, add 150g of fresh ricotta;
- Add 50g of gorgonzola;
- Add 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves;
- Add 2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper;
- Add green smell;
- Add half of the chopped zucchini core;
- Add salt and black pepper;
- Mix;
- Transfer the zucchinis to a greased shape with olive oil;
- Add salt and black pepper;
- Add the stuffing;
- Add grated Parmesan cheese;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
