  • 3 eggs (150g)

  • 1 cup (tea) oil (210 ml)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) sugar (275g)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

  • 2 cups (tea) wheat flour (270g)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (14g)

  • 1 cup (tea) of water or milk (210 ml)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 eggs (150g);
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of oil (210ml);
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
  • Beat for 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (270g);
  • Add 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder (14g);
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of water or milk (210ml);
  • Mix well and beat;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
