Ingredients
4 washed potatoes (I bought 700 grams) And after peeling and grating it was 500 grams)
1/2 liter of water or 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) for cooking the potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white or black peppercorns
150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese or 1 cup (tea)
1/4 cup (tea) of creamy cottage cheese or 4 level tablespoons 55 grams
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil 25 ml
Directions
- Peel and grate the potatoes;
- Put 1/2 liter of water or 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) for cooking the potatoes to boil;
- Remove the water from the heat and add the grated potato;
- Mix;
- Cover and let rest for 5 minutes;
- Mix and let rest for another 5 minutes;
- Strain the potato;
- Squeeze the potato on a paper towel;
