Ingredients

  • Flake 2 cups (200g)

  • Salt 1 teaspoon (2g)

  • Water 1 cup (240 mL)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add Flake 2 cups (200g);
  • Add Salt 1 coffee spoon (2g);
  • Mix;
  • Add Water 1 cup (240 mL);
  • Mix well;
  • Let it hydrate for 15 minutes;
  • Grease a mug/bowl with butter;
  • Add the flake without squeezing (just hit the top with the spoon);
  • Place a saucer or lid on top;
  • Take it to the microwave for 1 minute and a half (if the container is larger, leave it for longer);
  • Your northeastern couscous is ready!
