Flake 2 cups (200g)
Salt 1 teaspoon (2g)
Water 1 cup (240 mL)
Directions
- In a bowl, add Flake 2 cups (200g);
- Add Salt 1 coffee spoon (2g);
- Mix;
- Add Water 1 cup (240 mL);
- Mix well;
- Let it hydrate for 15 minutes;
- Grease a mug/bowl with butter;
- Add the flake without squeezing (just hit the top with the spoon);
- Place a saucer or lid on top;
- Take it to the microwave for 1 minute and a half (if the container is larger, leave it for longer);
