For your guava roulade to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.


  • Dough
  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour (140 g)

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar (180 g)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml) (optional)

  • Filling
  • 500g of guava

  • 1 glass (American type) of water


  • Dough
  • In a bowl, add 6 egg whites;
  • Beat well until snow point;
  • Add 6 yolks;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar (180 g) while beating;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour (140 g) while beating;
  • Add 1 spoon (tea) of vanilla essence (5 ml) (optional);
  • Child;
  • Forge a shape with butter paper, and unite with butter;
  • Transfer the dough to the shape;
  • Spread;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
  • Filling
  • In a pan over low heat, add 500g of chopped guava paste;
  • Add 1 glass (American type) of water;
  • Mix from time to time, until the guava paste melts;
  • Assembly
  • Remove dry edges of dough;
  • Add the stuffing and spread;
  • Roll up the rocambole;
  • Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on top;
  • Decorate with guava paste;
  • Your guava roulade is ready!
