Ingredients

  • 02 eggs

  • 03 tablespoons of sugar

  • 03 tablespoons of oil

  • 01 spoon (coffee) of salt

  • 1 1/2 cup milk

  • 3 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 01 tablespoon dry biological yeast

Directions

  • In a blender, add 1 1/2 cups milk;
  • Add 02 eggs;
  • Add 03 spoons (soup) of oil;
  • Add 03 spoons (soup) of sugar;
  • Beat for 3 minutes;
  • In a bowl, add 01 tablespoon (soup) of dry biological yeast;
  • Add bread dough;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 01 spoon (coffee) of salt;
  • Gradually add 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour while mixing;
  • Grease and flour a mold;
  • Transfer the dough to the shape;
  • Cover with plastic film;
  • Let rest for at least 1 hour;
  • Brush 1 yolk beaten with 2 spoons of milk (optional);
  • Take to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (or until golden);
