Your chickpea salad will be very refreshing and delicious if you use the suggested ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of chickpeas

  • 100 g of cooked green beans

  • 1 carrot

  • 50 g peas

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 onion

  • parsley to taste

  • salt to taste

  • oregano to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup of coffee vinegar

  • olive oil to taste

  • 100 g pitted olives

  • cheese to taste

Directions

  • Soak 500 g of chickpeas in a bowl of water (overnight). 
    Change the water 2 times during this process, and in the last change add a little vinegar;
  • Drain the water and add the chickpeas in a pressure cooker;
  • Cover with hot water;
  • Once it boils, discard the water;
  • Add more hot water to cover;
  • Cover the pan and let it boil for 5 minutes (point al dente);
  • Drain the water and let it cool;
  • Transfer the beak grain to a refractory;
  • Add 100 g of cooked string beans (I cooked for 5 minutes);
  • Add 1 chopped pre-cooked carrot;
  • Add 50 g of pre-cooked peas;
  • Add 1 raw bell pepper;
  • Add 2 chopped tomatoes;
  • Add 1 chopped onion;
  • Add Salsinha to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add Oregano to taste;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Add 1/2 cup of vinegar coffee;
  • Add olive oil to taste;
  • Add olive oil to taste chopped to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add Cheese to taste (optional);
  • Mix and take the fridge;
  • Your Chickpea Salad is ready!
