100 g of cooked green beans
1 carrot
50 g peas
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
parsley to taste

Directions
- Soak 500 g of chickpeas in a bowl of water (overnight).
Change the water 2 times during this process, and in the last change add a little vinegar; - Drain the water and add the chickpeas in a pressure cooker;
- Cover with hot water;
- Once it boils, discard the water;
- Add more hot water to cover;
- Cover the pan and let it boil for 5 minutes (point al dente);
