Ingredients

  • Pudding
  • 4 eggs 200 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) condensed milk 280 grams

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

  • 1 cup (tea) milk cream 220 grams

  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder

  • 1 cup (tea) milk 210 ml

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 8 grams

  • 6 cups (tea) of finely chopped soft bread (I used 9 slices of bread)

  • Sprinkle
  • 2 tablespoons (tablespoons) sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 4 eggs 200 grams;
  • Beat the eggs for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of condensed milk 280 grams;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of milk cream 220 grams;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of milk 210 ml;
  • Add 1/2 spoon (soup) of baking powder 8 grams;
  • Mix and beat for 1 minute;
  • Chop 6 cups (tea) of finely chopped soft bread (I used 9 slices of bread);
  • Add bread to dough mixture;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
  • Add 2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Your bread pudding is ready!
