Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla (optional)

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder for cake

  • Frying oil

  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1 cup of milk;
  • Add 3 mashed bananas;
  • Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • Add 2 tablespoons sugar;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon vanilla (optional);
  • Add 3 cups all-purpose flour;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon baking powder for cake;
  • Mix;
  • Fry the dough in hot oil;
  • Pass the dumplings in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder;
  • Your banana muffin is ready!
