Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 500 grams of frozen chicken breast fillet

  • 1 and 1/2 liter of water (for cooking the chicken)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup (tea) onion 110 grams

  • 1/2 tablespoon (soup) of garlic 10 grams

  • 1 teaspoon(s) of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika

  • 1 cup of chicken cooking water

  • 1 cup (tea) peas 155 grams

  • 1 can of canned corn 200 grams

  • 1/4 cup of parsley (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup chives (chopped)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of tomato sauce 320 ml

  • Noodle
  • 2.5 liters of water

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of salt

  • 4 and 1/2 cups (tea) of pasta 330 grams

  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  • White Sauce
  • 1/3 cup (tea) butter 70 grams

  • 1/3 cup (tea) wheat flour 45 grams

  • 4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon(s) of salt

  • Finalization
  • 200 grams of mozzarella to cover

  • Parsley to garnish

Directions

  • Chicken
  • Cook and shred 500 grams of frozen chicken breast fillet;
  • In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of onion 110 grams, grated;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon (soup) of garlic 10 grams, grated;
  • Mix and let it braise;
  • Add shredded chicken;
  • Add 1 level spoon of salt;
  • Add half a spoonful of black pepper;
  • Add 2 tablespoons paprika;
  • Add 1 cup of chicken cooking water;
  • Add 1 can canned corn;
  • Add 1 cup peas;
  • Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley;
  • Add 1/4 cup chopped chives;
  • Add 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce;
  • Mix well;
  • Noodle
  • Boil 2 and a half liters of water in a pan with 2 tablespoons of salt;
  • Add 4 and 1/2 cups (tea) of pasta 330 grams;
  • Let cook for 5 minutes;
  • Drain the water and transfer the noodles to a bowl;
  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • Mix;
  • White sauce
  • In a pan on the fire, add 1/3 cup (tea) of butter 70 grams;
  • Let the butter melt and add 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 45 grams;
  • Mix until boiling;
  • Add 4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml little by little while mixing;
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg;
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Add the white sauce over the noodles;
  • In a refractory, add the chicken stuffing;
  • Add noodles;
  • Add mozzarella cheese on top;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
  • Your oven noodles are ready!
