3 cups of uncooked rice
1 cup of sugar
1 cup oil (use half a cup more if you want a moister cake)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
3 spoons of wheat flour
1 spoon of yeast
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 cups of uncooked rice;
- Cover with water;
- Mix and wash the rice;
- Repeat the process, changing the water 2 or 3 times, until it becomes transparent;
- Transfer only the rice to a blender;
- Hit the pulsar function until all the rice turns to dust;
- Transfer the rice to a bowl through a sieve;
- In the blender, add 1 cup of sugar;
- Add 1 cup of oil (use half a cup more if you want a moister cake);
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 cup milk;
- Add 4 eggs;
- Beat well;
- In the bowl of rice flour, add 3 spoons of wheat flour;
- Mix;
- Add blender mixture;
- Mix;
- Add 1 spoon of yeast;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
