For your swamped cow to be perfect, you’ll need to use the ingredients on the list and follow the step-by-step preparation method.


  • 1 and 1/2 kg of ribs

  • 1 kg of cassava

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Sweet paprika to taste

  • 1 chopped onion

  • Parsley and chives to taste


  • Put water to heat;
  • In a pan on the fire, add olive oil or oil;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 kg of ribs;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add pepperoni pepper to taste;
  • Add paprika;
  • Let the meat brown;
  • Add minced garlic and onion;
  • Let it brown a little;
  • Add 1 kg of cassava;
  • Add hot water to cover the meat;
  • Cover and leave for 25 minutes;
  • Add green smell;
  • Your swamped cow is ready!
