  • 01 Cup (Tea) of Whole Milk (240ML)

  • 01 Cup (Tea) of Refined Sugar (203G)

  • ½ Cup (Tea) of Soybean Oil (120ML)

  • Guava in cubes to taste

Directions

  • In a blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add ½ Cup (Tea) of Soybean Oil (120ML);
  • Add 01 Cup (Tea) of Refined Sugar (203G);
  • Add 01 Cup (Tea) of Whole Milk (240ML);
  • Beat well;
  • Add 01 Cup (Tea) of Cornmeal Mimoso (162G);
  • Add 01 Cup (Tea) of Wheat Flour (122G);
  • Beat well;
  • Add 01 Tablespoon (Soup) of Baking Powder (15G);
  • Mix;
  • Transfer some of the dough to a shape;
  • Add the guavas;
  • Add more dough;
  • Add more guava paste;
  • Add the rest of the dough;
  • Add the rest of the guavas;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Your cornmeal cake with guava is ready!
