Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of milk or 50 grams

  • 1/4 cup (tea) starch or 26 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) of cocoa powder 33% or 106 grams

  • 1 box of milk cream or 200 grams

  • 1 box and a half of condensed milk or 593 grams

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter or 40 grams

Directions

  • In a pan off the heat, add 1/4 cup (tea) of milk or 50 grams;
  • Add 1/4 cup (tea) of starch or 26 grams;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate 33% or 106 grams;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 box of milk cream or 200 grams;
  • Add 1 box and a half of condensed milk or 593 grams;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter or 40 grams;
  • Take to medium fire and mix until thickening (approximately 25 minutes);
  • Transfer to a container and let it cool, covered with a cling film in contact with the cream;
