For your carbonara pasta to be delicious, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.


  • Spaghetti pasta 1/3 of the package (160g)

  • Chopped bacon 60g

  • Gem 2 units

  • Egg 1 unit

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Parmesan or Pecorino cheese 4 tbsp (40g)

  • Salt 1 tbsp (15g)


  • In a pan, put water to boil;
  • When it starts to boil, add Salt 1 tbsp (15g);
  • Add spaghetti pasta 1/3 of the package (160g);
  • Cook according to package directions;
  • In a skillet over medium heat (next to the pasta pan), add 60g chopped Bacon;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add half a ladle of the pasta cooking water to the bacon skillet;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • In a bowl, add Egg 1 unit;
  • Add Gem 2 units;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Add Parmesan or Pecorino cheese 4 tbsp (40g);
  • Mix well;
  • With a tongs, transfer the noodles to the bacon skillet over low heat;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add half a ladle of the cooking water;
  • Add egg sauce and Parmesan;
  • Mix;
  • Your Pasta Carbonara is ready!
