With this oven snack you have an option for a super practical meal or snack with an irresistible flavor!


  • 250 grams of mayonnaise

  • 250 grams of cream cheese

  • 200 grams of sliced ​​ham

  • 200 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella

  • 1 packet of bread

  • 1 tomato cut into slices

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon fine herbs (optional)

  • Olive oil to taste


  • In a container mix the mayonnaise, the cottage cheese, the oregano, the fine herbs and reserve. 
    Line the bottom of a refractory with a little tomato sauce and fill it with slices of bread.
  • Spread some of the creamy mayonnaise mixture on top of the buns, cover with slices of mozzarella and ham and layer with tomato sauce. 
    Repeat the process using all the ingredients, totaling 3 beds of bread.
  • Finish by spreading more sauce on top, then top with more cheese and tomato slices on top. 
    Sprinkling oregano, fine herbs and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • Place the lanchão in the oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, or until it begins to brown.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, cut as you like and the oven lanchão is ready to be served.
