To make this simple and easy rain cake, use these indicated ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • Scone
  • Egg 1 unit

  • Sugar 4 tablespoons (60g)

  • Milk ½ cup (120 mL)

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5 mL) Optional

  • 1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour

  • Chemical yeast 1 teaspoon (5g)

  • Cover
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g)

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1 egg;
  • Add Sugar 4 tablespoons (60g);
  • Add Milk ½ cup (120 mL);
  • Add Vanilla Essence 1 tsp (5 mL) Optional;
  • Mix very well;
  • Add 1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour gradually while mixing;
  • Add Chemical Yeast 1 tsp (5g);
  • Mix;
  • Fry the dumplings in hot oil over low heat;
  • Let it gold on both sides;
  • Drain on paper towels;
  • In a container, add Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g);
  • Add cinnamon powder a pinch;
  • Mix;
  • Throw over the dumplings;
  • Your raincake is ready!
