Milk ½ cup (120 mL)
Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5 mL) Optional
1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour
Chemical yeast 1 teaspoon (5g)

Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g)
Cinnamon powder a pinch
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1 egg;
- Add Sugar 4 tablespoons (60g);
- Add Milk ½ cup (120 mL);
- Add Vanilla Essence 1 tsp (5 mL) Optional;
- Mix very well;
- Add 1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour gradually while mixing;
- Add Chemical Yeast 1 tsp (5g);
- Mix;
- Fry the dumplings in hot oil over low heat;
- Let it gold on both sides;
- Drain on paper towels;
- In a container, add Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g);
- Add cinnamon powder a pinch;
- Mix;
- Throw over the dumplings;
