1 cup (tea) orange juice 210 ml
1/2 tablespoon orange zest
2 cups (tea) wheat flour 270 grams
1 tablespoon baking powder 14 grams

1 cup orange juice (I used pear orange)
4 tablespoons refined sugar 45 grams
Directions
- Cake
- In a bowl, add 2 eggs 100 grams;
- Beat them;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) oil 150 ml;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of orange juice 210 ml;
- Add 1/2 tablespoon orange zest;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 270 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder 14 grams;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
