Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 2 eggs 100 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams

  • 3/4 cup (tea) oil 150 ml

  • 1 cup (tea) orange juice 210 ml

  • 1/2 tablespoon orange zest

  • 2 cups (tea) wheat flour 270 grams

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder 14 grams

  • Syrup
  • 1 cup orange juice (I used pear orange)

  • 4 tablespoons refined sugar 45 grams

Directions

  • Cake
  • In a bowl, add 2 eggs 100 grams;
  • Beat them;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams;
  • Add 3/4 cup (tea) oil 150 ml;
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of orange juice 210 ml;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon orange zest;
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 270 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder 14 grams;
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Syrup
  • In a bowl, add 1 cup (tea) of orange juice (I used Pera orange);
  • Add 4 spoons (soup) of refined sugar 45 grams;
  • Mix;
  • Microwave for 2 minutes;
  • Add over the cake;
  • Your orange cake is ready!
