For your shrimp stroganoff to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 500g – Shrimp

  • 01 – Onion

  • 02 – Cloves of garlic

  • 170g – Mushrooms

  • 200g – Fresh cream

  • 1/2 – Carrot

  • 2 Tablespoons – Mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon – Ketchup

  • 1 Tablespoon – Butter

  • To taste – Black pepper

  • To taste – Salt

Directions

  • Clean 500g of Shrimp;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 minced garlic clove;
  • Mix;
  • Let rest for 5 minutes;
  • In a pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil;
  • Add the prawns and fry a little;
  • Book the prawns in another container;
  • In the same pan, add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Fry the chopped onion;
  • Add the chopped carrot;
  • Add 1 minced garlic clove;
  • Add salt and pepper;
  • Add the prawns;
  • Add 200g of cream;
  • Add 2 Tablespoons – Mustard;
  • Add 1 Tablespoon – Ketchup;
  • Mix;
  • Add 170g – Mushrooms;
  • Add 1 Tablespoon – Butter;
  • Mix;
  • Your Shrimp Stroganoff is ready!
