Ingredients
500g – Shrimp
01 – Onion
02 – Cloves of garlic
170g – Mushrooms
200g – Fresh cream
1/2 – Carrot
2 Tablespoons – Mustard
1 Tablespoon – Ketchup
1 Tablespoon – Butter
To taste – Black pepper
To taste – Salt
Directions
- Clean 500g of Shrimp;
 - Add salt to taste;
 - Add pepper to taste;
 - Add 1 minced garlic clove;
 - Mix;
 - Let rest for 5 minutes;
 - In a pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil;
 - Add the prawns and fry a little;
 - Book the prawns in another container;
 - In the same pan, add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
 - Fry the chopped onion;
 - Add the chopped carrot;
 - Add 1 minced garlic clove;
 - Add salt and pepper;
 - Add the prawns;
 - Add 200g of cream;
 - Add 2 Tablespoons – Mustard;
 - Add 1 Tablespoon – Ketchup;
 - Mix;
 - Add 170g – Mushrooms;
 - Add 1 Tablespoon – Butter;
 - Mix;
 - Your Shrimp Stroganoff is ready!
