3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 kg of soft coxão cut in big cubes
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 coffee spoon of paprika
1 pinch of oregano
1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion diced
5 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped tomato
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
hot water to cover the meat
2 potatoes cut into large cubes
1 carrot cut into rounds

Directions
- Place a pressure cooker over high heat and let it heat up.
- Add 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- Add 1 kg of soft coxão cut into large cubes;
- Add salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and hot paprika to taste;
- Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
- Mix and let it fry well;
- Add 1 diced onion;
- Add 5 minced garlic cloves;
- Add 1 diced tomato;
- Mix well;
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- Mix;
- Add hot water to cover the meat;
- Tampe and let cook on medium fire for 20 minutes after taking pressure;
- Add 2 potatoes chopped into large cubes;
- Add 1 chopped carrot in slices;
- Mix;
- Add some more hot water;
- Cover the pan and leave for 10 minutes on medium heat after taking pressure;
