Ingredients

  • 800 grams of oxtail

  • Enough water to boil

  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 large chopped onion

  • Salt to taste

  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • Oregano to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 large chopped skinless tomato

  • 1 sachet ready-made meat flavor seasoning

  • 2 bay leaves

  • ½ cup chopped parsley/onion

  • ½ coffee cup olive oil

Directions

  • In a pan, add 800 grams of oxtail;
  • Add water until well covered;
  • Add 3 tablespoons vinegar;
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes;
  • In a pressure cooker, turn on the high fire;
  • Add 1 strand of olive oil;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Let it fry a little;
  • Add the oxtail;
  • Add 1 large chopped onion;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add 4 tablespoons lemon juice;
  • Add oregano to taste;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 large chopped skinless tomato;
  • Add 1 sachet of seasoning ready meat flavor;
  • Add 2 bay leaves;
  • Mix well;
  • Add plenty of hot water;
  • Leave for 60 minutes after taking pressure;
  • Add parsley and chives to taste;
  • Your oxtail is ready!
