In order for your sponge cake to be perfect, you will need these few ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar

  • 1 cup of tea (cup 200 ml) of wheat flour

Directions

  • In a mixer, add 6 eggs;
  • Beat until foamy, increase speed to maximum and beat for 15 minutes;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar little by little;
  • Beat for another 5 minutes;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sifted wheat flour;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased shape with margarine;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
  • Your professional sponge cake is ready!
