Ingredients
1 packet of starch biscuits (200g)
100g butter or margarine (with salt)
1 very ripe pineapple, chopped without the stalk
Half cup of sugar
Half cup of water
Half a cup of shredded coconut (50g)
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of cream
Pineapple Juice Powder (to taste)
Directions
- In a blender, add 1 packet of starch biscuits/cookies (200g);
- Mix;
- Add 100g of melted butter or margarine (with salt), and mix;
- Transfer the mass to a removable rim shape, pressing on the sides and bottom;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
- In a pan, add 1 very ripe pineapple minced without the stalk;
- Add half a cup of sugar;
- Add half a cup of water;
- Mix over medium heat;
- Add Half a cup of grated coconut (50g);
- Mix and bring to a boil;
- As soon as the liquid decreases well, turn off the heat;
- Let cool;
- In a bowl, add 1 can of condensed milk;
- Add 2 boxes of cream milk;
- Add pineapple juice powder (to taste);
- Mix;
- Add the pineapple and mix;
- Add the stuffing in the form of the dough;
- Take it to the fridge for 6 hours;
- Decorate with coconut shavings and/or grated coconut (optional);
- Your pineapple pie is ready!
