Ingredients

  • Young girl finger pepper 2 large units (if you want less spicy, put less)

  • Apple 2 pcs

  • Sugar 1 cup (200g)

  • Water 1/2 cup (120ml)

Directions

  • Remove seeds from peppers;
  • Peel the apples;
  • Remove the seeds;
  • Transfer apples and pepper to a blender;
  • Add half a cup of water;
  • Beat well until you shred;
  • Transfer to a pan;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Mix;
  • Turn on the low fire;
  • Mix and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes (until thickened);
  • Your Pepper Jelly is ready!
