Ingredients

  • Pineapple chopped 1 unit (without the core)

  • Sugar 1/2 cup (90g)

  • Water 3/4 cup (180 mL)

  • Milk 2 cups (480 mL)

  • Gemstones 2 pcs

  • Cornstarch 1/4 cup (37g)

  • Condensed milk 1 can (390g)

  • Milk cream 1 box (200g)

  • Champagne cookies 1 pack 150g

  • Chantilly cream 1 box (200 mL)

  • Cherry in syrup

Directions

  • In a pan, add chopped Pineapple 1 unit (without the core);
  • Add Sugar 1/2 cup (90g);
  • Add Water 3/4 cup (180 mL);
  • Cook for 20 minutes;
  • Sift the pineapple;
  • Book the syrup;
  • In a pan, add Yolks 2 units;
  • Add 1/4 cup (37g) cornstarch;
  • Add some of the milk;
  • Mix;
  • Add remaining milk (2 cups total);
  • Add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
  • Add cream 1 box (200g);
  • Mix well over low heat, until cooked for 3 minutes after starting to boil;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of the syrup;
  • Mix;
  • Cover with plastic film in contact with the cream and let it cool;
  • In a refractory, add 1 layer of cream;
  • Add 1 layer of wet champagne cookies to the syrup;
  • Repeat the steps;
  • Add chopped pineapple;
  • Add cream;
  • Take it to the fridge for 1 hour;
  • Beat the whipped cream 1 box (200 mL);
  • Add on top;
  • Add cherry in syrup;
  • Your Pineapple Pave is ready!
