For your nest milk pudding to be perfect, use the ingredients on the list and follow the instructions in the recipe.


  • Caramel
  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Pudding
  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of whole milk (320 ml)

  • 1 can of cream (200g)

  • 4 tablespoons of Nut Milk

  • 12g unflavored gelatin + 5 tablespoons water


  • Caramel
  • In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar;
  • Add 1/2 cup water;
  • Mix;
  • Turn on the fire and let it gold;
  • Transfer to a shape and spread on the sides;
  • Pudding
  • Hydrate the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of hot water;
  • Mix and book;
  • In a blender, add 1 can of condensed milk;
  • Add whole milk (same measure as the can: 320ml)
  • Add 1 box of milk cream (200g);
  • Add 4 tablespoons of Ninho Milk;
  • Add 12g of unflavored gelatin + 5 tablespoons of water;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to caramelized form;
  • Take the pudding to the fridge for at least 2 hours;
  • Your nest milk pudding is ready!
