For your cassava cake to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions for preparing this recipe!


  • 2 eggs (96g)

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) butter (100g)

  • 2 cups (tea) grated raw cassava (248g)

  • 1 cup (tea) refined sugar (178g)

  • 1 cup (tea) of grated coconut (70g)

  • 2 tablespoons baking powder (28g)

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour (142g)


  • In a blender, add 2 eggs (96g);
  • Add 200ml of coconut milk;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter (100g);
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of grated raw cassava (248g);
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of refined sugar (178g);
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of grated coconut (70g);
  • Beat for 3 minutes;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of baking powder (28g);
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour (142g);
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and infarcted roast;
  • Take to preheated oven at 160 degrees for approximately 55 minutes;
  • Your cassava cake is ready!
