Ingredients
1 and 1/3 cup of wheat flour (160g)
4 tbsp chilled butter (80g)
1/2 tsp salt (2.5g)
3 tablespoons of water (45 mL)
2 eggs
1 can of cream (200g)
1 pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
1 small leek (approximately 130g)
1 glass of hearts of palm (270g)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (30g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour, salt and butter;
- Mix well (adding the water little by little);
- Open the dough with a roll (on top of a plastic film);
- Transfer the dough to the shape;
- In a bowl, beat the eggs;
- Add salt and black pepper;
- Add sour cream;
- Mix;
- Add heart of palm cut in the shape of the dough;
- Add chopped leeks;
- Add cream;
- Add grated Parmesan;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
