Ingredients
- Bolognese sauce
1 thread of olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove of minced garlic
500 to 600g of ground beef
salt to taste
1 small grated carrot
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 sachet of tomato sauce
parsley and chives to taste
- White sauce
2 full tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons full of wheat flour
1 liter of milk
salt to taste
nutmeg to taste
- Assembly
1 package of lasagna noodles
Ham cheese to taste
Directions
- Bolognese sauce
- In a hot pan, add 1 strand of olive oil;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Add 1 minced garlic clove;
- Add 500 to 600g of ground beef;
- Add salt to taste;
- Mix and let it braise;
- Add 1 small grated carrot;
- Mix;
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- Add 1 sachet of tomato sauce;
- Add some water;
- Cover and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes;
- Add parsley and chives to taste;
- Mix and book;
- White sauce
- In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons full of butter or margarine;
- Let it melt;
- Add 2 tablespoons full of wheat flour;
- Mix;
- Add 1 liter of milk;
- Mix;
- Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, until it thickens a little;
- Assembly
- On a platter, add a layer of white sauce;
- Add 1 layer of dough;
- Add 1 layer Bolognese sauce;
- Add 1 layer of ham and cheese;
- Repeat the process until you finish with cheese on top;
- Take to oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
