Kebab / Roasted Stuffed Oven Kebab

Ingredients
1/2 package of wheat for kibbeh (250g)
2 cups hot water (480ml)
500g minced meat
50g ground or finely chopped bacon
1 small chopped onion
4 minced garlic cloves
10 chopped olives
Chopped chives to taste
Salt to taste (I used 3 teaspoons)
Black pepper
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
100g of sliced ham
1 pot of cream cheese
100g of mozzarella
Olive oil to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1/2 package of wheat for kibbeh (250g);
- Add 2 cups hot water (480ml);
- Mix and let rest for 30 minutes;
- Loosen the wheat with a fork;
- Add 500g of ground beef;
- Add 50g of ground or finely chopped bacon;
- Add 1 small chopped onion;
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
- Add 10 chopped olives;
- Add chopped chives to taste;
- Add Salt to taste (I used 3 teaspoons);
- Add kingdom pepper;
- Add 1 pinch of cinnamon powder;
- Mix;
- Unite a roast with olive oil;
- Add half of the kibbeh;
- Add 1 layer of prosciutto;
- Add 1 pot of cream cheese;
- Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
- Add the remainder of the kebab;
- Make superficial scratches with the knife;
- Add 1 strand of olive oil;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes (until golden);
- Your oven stuffed kibbeh is ready!
