Whether for an easy-to-prepare snack or to serve with the main meal, this homemade pepperoni bread is a hit!


  • 3 cups (tea) wheat flour (410 grams)

  • 2 eggs (100 grams)

  • 2 cups (tea) milk at room temperature (420 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons refined sugar (25 grams)

  • 1/4 cup (tea) butter or margarine (50 grams)

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt (10 grams)

  • 10 grams of dry yeast or 30 grams of fresh yeast

  • 250 grams thinly sliced ​​pepperoni sausage

  • 200 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella

  • Oregano to taste


  • In a vase put the wheat flour, the baking soda and mix well. 
    Add the eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, milk and mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape, spread it out with a spoon and wait until it doubles in volume.
  • Place the mozzarella slices on top, the sliced ​​pepperoni and sprinkle oregano to taste on top. 
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the homemade sausage bread to cool down a bit, cut it into pieces with the size you prefer and the recipe is ready to serve.
