Ingredients

  • Ground beef 500g

  • Chopped onion 1 unit

  • Chopped Garlic 4 cloves

  • Corn 1 can (200g)

  • Peas 1 can (200g)

  • Chopped green olives 1/2 cup (50g)

  • Tomato sauce 1 cup (240 mL)

  • Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Parsley to taste

  • Egg 4 units

  • Milk 1 1/2 cup (360 mL)

  • All-purpose flour 2 cups (240g)

  • Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Tomato seedless 1/2 unit

  • Parsley stalks

  • Salt to taste

  • Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon and 1/2 tablespoon (22g)

  • Parmesan 2 tbsp (20g)

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • Add ground beef;
  • Let it gold;
  • Open a space in the middle of the pan;
  • Add remaining oil;
  • Add minced garlic;
  • Sauté for 1 minute then mix;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Cook until she becomes transparent;
  • Add chopped olives;
  • Add peas;
  • Add corn;
  • Add tomato sauce;
  • Add salt;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Add oregano;
  • Mix well and sauté for 3 minutes;
  • Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley;
  • In a blender, add 4 eggs;
  • Add the milk;
  • Add oil;
  • Add half a seedless tomato;
  • Add parsley stalks;
  • Add the salt;
  • Beat well;
  • Add the wheat flour;
  • Beat for 20 seconds;
  • Clean the sides and beat some more;
  • Add the baking soda and mix;
  • Grease and flour a baking dish;
  • Add 2/3 of the dough;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Add the rest of the dough;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees;
  • Let it bake for approximately 50 minutes;
  • Your Ground Meat Pie is ready!
