Chopped onion 1 unit
Chopped Garlic 4 cloves
Corn 1 can (200g)
Peas 1 can (200g)
Chopped green olives 1/2 cup (50g)
Tomato sauce 1 cup (240 mL)
Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Egg 4 units
Milk 1 1/2 cup (360 mL)
All-purpose flour 2 cups (240g)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Tomato seedless 1/2 unit
Parsley stalks
Salt to taste
Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon and 1/2 tablespoon (22g)
Parmesan 2 tbsp (20g)
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
 - Add ground beef;
 - Let it gold;
 - Open a space in the middle of the pan;
 - Add remaining oil;
 - Add minced garlic;
 - Sauté for 1 minute then mix;
 - Add chopped onion;
 - Cook until she becomes transparent;
 - Add chopped olives;
 - Add peas;
 - Add corn;
 - Add tomato sauce;
 - Add salt;
 - Add black pepper;
 - Add oregano;
 - Mix well and sauté for 3 minutes;
 - Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley;
 - In a blender, add 4 eggs;
 - Add the milk;
 - Add oil;
 - Add half a seedless tomato;
 - Add parsley stalks;
 - Add the salt;
 - Beat well;
 - Add the wheat flour;
 - Beat for 20 seconds;
 - Clean the sides and beat some more;
 - Add the baking soda and mix;
 - Grease and flour a baking dish;
 - Add 2/3 of the dough;
 - Add the stuffing;
 - Add the rest of the dough;
 - Add grated Parmesan cheese;
 - Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees;
 - Let it bake for approximately 50 minutes;
