Ground Beef Rocambole (Meatloaf)

Ingredients
800g of ground beef
150g of ham
150g of mozzarella
150g sliced bacon
Grated carrot 1 unit
Green corn 1/2 can (100g)
Egg 1 unit
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped onion 1/2 unit
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp (36g)
Onion cream 1 pack
Chopped parsley 2 tbsp (10g)
Ready seasoned farofa 3/4 cup (60g)
Catupiry 4 tablespoons (120g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 150g of mozzarella;
- Add 150g of ham;
- Add 1 spoon of parsley;
- Add green corn 1/2 tin (100g);
- Add grated carrot 1 unit;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Mix;
- In another bowl, add 800g of ground beef;
- Add 1 egg;
- Add Onion Cream 1 packet;
- Add chopped Onion 1/2 unit;
- Add chopped parsley 2 tbsp (10g);
- Add ready seasoned Farofa 3/4 cup (60g);
- Add 1 and a half tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- Mix well;
- Distribute the meat mass in a refractory (reserve some of the mass to put on top);
- Add the stuffing in the middle of the refractory;
- Add Catupiry 4 tablespoons (120g);
- Close the cake from the sides;v
- Add the rest of the meat mass on top;
- Wet your hand a little and go over the roulade to smooth it out;
- Brush mayonnaise;
- Add bacon slices on top;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
- Your Ground Meat Rocambole (Meat Cake) is ready!
