For your ground beef lasagna abolognese to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.


  • 1 kg of ground meat

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 2 teaspoons of paprika

  • 2 teaspoons of salt (to taste)

  • 3 medium tomatoes (320g)

  • 1 large onion (240g)

  • 1 medium bell pepper (95g)

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 3 ready-made sauces (340g each)

  • 2 tsp salt (for the dough)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or oil (for the dough)

  • 600g mozzarella cheese (to taste)

  • 400g of ham (to taste)

  • 250g lasagna noodles (depending on the size of your dish)


  • In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil (for the dough);
  • Add 1 large onion (240g) diced;
  • Mix in low fire until fried;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Mix until golden;
  • Add 3 medium tomatoes (320g) cut into cubes;
  • Add 1 medium bell pepper (95g) diced;
  • Add 2 teaspoons paprika;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin;
  • Add 2 teaspoons salt (to taste);
  • Blend for 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 kg of ground beef;
  • Mix and let cook for 15 minutes with the pan capped;
  • Add 3 ready-made sauces (340g each);
  • Mix until boiling;
  • Cook 250g of lasagna pasta (depending on the size of your platter) in a pan with boiling water, 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • In a refractory, add 1 layer of sauce;
  • Add 1 layer of dough;
  • Add 1 layer sauce;
  • Add 1 layer of prosciutto;
  • Add 1 layer of cheese;
  • Repeat the steps until you finish with pasta, sauce and cheese;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (until gratin cheese);
  • Your Ground Beef Lasagna (Abolonesa) is ready!
