  • 4 cups (tea) of milk (840ml)

  • 2 cups (tea) granulated tapioca (300g)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk (790g)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut (40g)

  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of nest milk (50g)


  • In a pan, add 4 cups (tea) of milk (840ml);
  • Turn on the fire and let it boil;
  • Transfer the milk to a bowl;
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of granulated tapioca (300g);
  • Mix and let hydrate for 10 minutes;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 boxes of condensed milk (790g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated coconut (40g);
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of nest milk (50g);
  • Mix and squeeze well;
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil;
  • Transfer the tapioca dough to the baking dish;
  • Cover with film paper;
  • Take it to the fridge for 6 hours;
  • Develop;
  • Add coconut flakes;
  • Your granulated tapioca cake is ready!
