4 cups (tea) of milk (840ml)
2 cups (tea) granulated tapioca (300g)
2 cans of condensed milk (790g)
1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut (40g)
1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)
1/2 cup (tea) of nest milk (50g)
Directions
- In a pan, add 4 cups (tea) of milk (840ml);
- Turn on the fire and let it boil;
- Transfer the milk to a bowl;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of granulated tapioca (300g);
- Mix and let hydrate for 10 minutes;
- Mix;
- Add 2 boxes of condensed milk (790g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated coconut (40g);
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of nest milk (50g);
- Mix and squeeze well;
- Grease a baking sheet with oil;
- Transfer the tapioca dough to the baking dish;
- Cover with film paper;
- Take it to the fridge for 6 hours;
- Develop;
- Add coconut flakes;
