4 apples, peeled and seeded
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
120g melted butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Cut 4 peeled and seedless apples;
- Add 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional);
- Mix;
- Add the apples in a greased shape with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon;
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour;
- Add 1 cup of sugar (reserve 1 tablespoon of sugar);
- Add 1 tablespoon baking powder;
- Mix well;
- Add this mixture over the apples;
- Add 120g of melted butter;
- In a bowl, beat 4 eggs;
- Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract;
- Mix;
- Add in shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Add icing sugar on top (optional);
