Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 3 cups refined sugar

  • 10 eggs at room temperature

  • 400 ml whole milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder (Baking Powder)

  • 400ml condensed milk

  • 400ml of milk

  • 400ml of coconut milk

  • 100g grated dried coconut

Directions

  • In a mixer, add 10 egg whites;
  • Beat until it becomes snowy;
  • Add 10 yolks little by little while beating;
  • Add 3 cups of refined sugar little by little while beating;
  • Transfer the dough to a container;
  • Mix 3 cups of wheat flour with 2 spoons (dessert) of baking powder;
  • Add the flour and baking powder little by little while mixing;
  • Add 400ml of whole milk little by little while mixing;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased shape with margarine and flour;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • With a fork, make holes in the cake dough;
  • Make the cuts in the cake;
  • In a bowl, add 400ml of condensed milk;
  • Add 400ml of milk;
  • Add 400ml of coconut milk;
  • Mix;
  • Add to cake;
  • Take it to the fridge for 2 hours;
  • Add 100g of grated dry coconut;
  • Your Fuzzy Towel Cake (Iced Coconut Cake) is ready!
