3 cups wheat flour
3 cups refined sugar
10 eggs at room temperature
400 ml whole milk
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder (Baking Powder)
400ml condensed milk
400ml of milk
400ml of coconut milk
100g grated dried coconut
Directions
- In a mixer, add 10 egg whites;
- Beat until it becomes snowy;
- Add 10 yolks little by little while beating;
- Add 3 cups of refined sugar little by little while beating;
- Transfer the dough to a container;
- Mix 3 cups of wheat flour with 2 spoons (dessert) of baking powder;
- Add the flour and baking powder little by little while mixing;
- Add 400ml of whole milk little by little while mixing;
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape with margarine and flour;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- With a fork, make holes in the cake dough;
- Make the cuts in the cake;
- In a bowl, add 400ml of condensed milk;
- Add 400ml of milk;
- Add 400ml of coconut milk;
- Mix;
- Add to cake;
- Take it to the fridge for 2 hours;
- Add 100g of grated dry coconut;
