  • Codfish 300g

  • 500g peeled potato

  • Egg 1 unit

  • Chopped parsley 4 tbsp (20g)

  • Black pepper to taste


  • In a pan, boil water;
  • Add the cod in pieces;
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes;
  • Remove the cod and drain (keep the water boiling in the pan);
  • Add the sliced ​​potatoes to the boiling water in the pan;
  • Let it cook until they are soft;
  • Drain the potatoes and mash them;
  • Remove the cod skins;
  • Defund the cod;
  • In a bowl, add the mashed potato;
  • Add the shredded cod;
  • Add 1 egg;
  • Add the parsley;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Model the dumplings;
  • Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden;
  • Drain on paper towels;
  • Your Cod Cake is ready!
