Codfish 300g
500g peeled potato
Egg 1 unit
Chopped parsley 4 tbsp (20g)
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan, boil water;
- Add the cod in pieces;
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes;
- Remove the cod and drain (keep the water boiling in the pan);
- Add the sliced potatoes to the boiling water in the pan;
- Let it cook until they are soft;
- Drain the potatoes and mash them;
- Remove the cod skins;
- Defund the cod;
- In a bowl, add the mashed potato;
- Add the shredded cod;
- Add 1 egg;
- Add the parsley;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Mix well;
- Model the dumplings;
- Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden;
- Drain on paper towels;
- Your Cod Cake is ready!
