Ingredients

  • 2 kg of leather fish

  • line the bottom of the pan with oil

  • 1 coffee spoon of palm oil

  • 5 minced garlic cloves

  • 6 medium chopped onions

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 teaspoons Bahian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried chili pepper

  • 1 coffee spoon of salt

  • 4 large tomatoes

  • 4 medium peppers

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1 glass of coconut milk 200 ml

  • green smell to taste

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add a thread of oil;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of palm oil;
  • Add 5 minced garlic cloves;
  • Add 3 chopped medium onions;
  • Mix and let it fry a little;
  • Add pepper to taste;
  • Add 2 teaspoons of Bahian seasoning;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dry pepperoni pepper;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 chopped bell pepper;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add 4 large tomatoes cut into slices;
  • Add the fish;
  • Add 3 chopped onions;
  • Add 3 chopped bell peppers;
  • Add 1 sachet of tomato paste sauce;
  • Turn on medium heat;
  • Tampe and let cook (for approximately 20 minutes);
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk 200 ml;
  • Let it cook some more;
  • Add green smell to taste;
  • Your fish moqueca is ready!
