Make your cassava dry meat escondidinho with the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation method.


  • 1 kg cassava

  • 500g dried meat

  • Dash of olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 cream

  • 1 pot of cottage cheese

  • parmesan cheese to taste

  • green smell to taste

  • salt to taste


  • Cook 1 kg of cassava in water with salt for 30 minutes after taking pressure;
  • Remove the fiber that is in the middle of the cassava;
  • Love the cassavas;
  • Transfer to a pan;
  • Add 1 cream of milk;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) milk;
  • Add 1 tablespoon (soup) butter;
  • Cook over low heat, always mixing;

  • Wash the meat and change the water;
  • Cook again for 30 minutes after getting pressure;
  • Shred the dried meat;
  • In a skillet, add a strand of olive oil;
  • Add 1 chopped onion;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add the dried meat;
  • Mix;
  • Add green smell;
  • Grease a refractory with olive oil and add half the cassava puree;

  • Add 1 pot of cottage cheese;
  • Add remaining puree;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
