Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of water (480 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon oil or olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

  • 2 cups unbleached wheat flour

Directions

  • In a blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 2 cups of water tea (480ml);
  • Add 1 tablespoon oil or olive oil;
  • Add 1/2 level teaspoon of salt (to taste);
  • Add 2 cups of unleavened wheat flour tea;
  • Beat well;
  • Unite a skillet with oil / olive oil;
  • Add a shell of the dough;
  • Spread the dough by moving the skillet;
  • Once you disgrace, turn the dough;
  • Leave for 40 seconds;
  • Your pancake batter is ready!
