For your chicken risotto to be very tasty and moist, check out the necessary ingredients and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken breast

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 bay leaves

  • thyme to taste

  • parsley and chives to taste

  • 40 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste

  • 2 cups of white rice

  • chicken cooking broth

Directions

  • Cook and shred 1 kg of chicken breast and reserve the cooking broth;
  • In a pan, add 1 strand of oil;
  • Add 1 medium chopped onion;
  • Add 1/2 grated carrot;
  • Add 2 chopped celery stalks;
  • Mix and refog;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add shredded chicken;
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 teaspoon paprika;
  • Add 2 cloves minced garlic;
  • Refo some more;
  • Add 1 diced tomato;
  • Mix until you start tearing apart the tomato;
  • Add 2 cups of white rice tea;
  • Add the chicken cooking broth little by little while mixing;
  • Add 2 bay leaves;
  • Add fresh thyme;
  • Mix well;
  • Add parsley and chopped chives;
  • Add 40g of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add 1 tablespoon butter;
  • Mix well;
  • Your chicken risotto is ready!
