Directions

  • In a pressure cooker, add 1 kilo of desalted jerky;
  • Add water to cover;
  • Add 2 bay leaves;
  • Cover and let cook for 40 minutes;
  • Remove the cooking broth;
  • Add 1 strand of olive oil;
  • Add 5 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Add 1 seedless girl finger pepper;
  • Fry for 2 minutes;
